Tried your recipe and loved it! The pictures were so helpful when cutting and rolling the croissants. I am currently making these again and am going to freeze a lot of them in hopes of preserving freshness. Questions:
1. How do you thaw these before baking?
2. Do they taste just as fresh as the ones you bake right away? I noticed last time they weren’t as good after 2-3 days so I am trying to prevent that.
