My friend who cannot eat wheat also is sensitive to sucose, but she can tolerate granulated fructose. Will fructose work if i use 1/2 the amount of sucrose the recipe calls for? I'm sure she would love these. Haven't tried that, and GF can be tricky so can't tell you it'll work. All you can do is give it a go and see what happens - even if the structure isn't great, I'm sure the taste will be fine. PJH
