You don't need a special pan. I pat my dough into a nice round the size of a cake pan. Sit it on a parchment lined baking sheet and cut across 4 times to make the 4 scone shapes. Separate them a little and bake. Example - make a cross - then make another cross through that one and you have 8 wedges.
