Jessica January 21, 2011 at 12:13pm Okay I consider myself a pretty good baker, but I am at a loss, what is the vinegar for? Thanks Vinegar works with the chemical leavening for some added "pop" in the oven - better rise. That's my theory, anyway, and I'm stickin' with it! PJH Reply
