This is a fascinating blog article and I’m anxious to try Italian Buttercream. I just made my first cooked buttercream. It is sugar, a little flour, milk, cream, butter and flavoring. Have you ever heard of Ermine Buttercream? Flour buttercream? Cooked milk buttercream? They’re all different names for the same thing. I haven’t been able to find anything about this type of buttercream on your website so I thought I’d message to see if you’ve ever tried it. It had a delicious flavor and was great that it didn’t need to be refrigerated.
