You are an amazing instructor! Thanks so very much for this. As a younger woman, I tossed a big batch of buttercream at that curdled moment - I'd had no idea that I should just keep at it. I never tried it again; so disheartened. LOL And now you've armed me with the knowledge required to take another stab at it! THANK you! This is a keeper.
