Hi! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I am familiar with meringue as I have done it several times but I haven't tried a Italian one. I need your advice. I am making a wedding cake and the bride doesn't want an overly sweet buttercream so I am thinking of using this recipe. But I just wanted to know if this recipe is what you can recommend for a cake that will be displayed at the wedding on the cake table. A part of me is so nervous it might melt away :| Is there another icing you can recommend? Or do you think it will be fine? Thanks :)
