I am planning on baking a strawberry marble cake and want to use this frosting. It sounds so delicious and read great comments on it. I want to try somthing different but I do not have a mixer, as I always mix my cakes and frosting by hand. Saving $ to buy a professional mixer. But in the mean time I am having to mix by hand. Do you have any tips or advice on making this frosting by hand? Thank you
