Sorry, I forgot to ask: Does the cake I frost have to be refrigerated or can it be left out for a few days? We are short on space in the fridge! Thanks, Suzanne Suzanne: Buttercream shouldn't sit at room temperature for more than 3 hours or so, but it freezes beautifully (both the frosting and cakes finished with it). Susan
