I've been making cinnamon rolls for years, usually around 70-100 at a time for functions or events I'm attending, which means getting up at 4am sometimes. Thanks so much for this post. I have a meeting next month for which I promised cinnamon rolls - I will be using the instructions here. Fabulous website, great information. Too bad we don`t get KA flour up here in Ontario.
