Hi Bernadette, as long as you added sufficient thickener when you cooked the filling, you should be fine. Let the filling cool all the way before freezing to make sure it has sufficiently thickened.  Your final bake time might be slightly longer. Make sure you see the filling bubbling vigorously, either around the edges or via any decorative vents.
