Hello Chava! For best results, we'd recommend freezing the crust alone. That way, you can add the fresh filling just before baking and the apples won't release an excessive amount of liquid. You're welcome to freeze any of the treats you mentioned before or after baking, just expect that the ones frozen after the apples were added will have extra liquid and the apples won't have as much texture — they'll be on the mushier side. To help with the liquids if you want to freeze them with the apples, add 1/4 teaspoon of extra thickener for every cup of apples. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
