I am planning on making a tarte tatin for our upcoming holidays. Do I bake and freeze or assemble and freeze? Also, I want to know baked and unbaked freezing for an apple galette and the single portion puff pastry/apple roses. These are all thing I need to make next week for guests to enjoy.
