OK, the baked pie is not even the same pie you showed from the freezer?? The freezer pie had a crust that was edged with a fork and the baked pie had a fluted edge???? We often bake the same recipe many times - both to perfect it, and to take photos at various stages. Since this was kind of a generic "how to freeze and bake a pie" blog, rather than truly specific to any particular recipe, I figured it was OK to simply use the best shot - even if it wasn't the same pie...
