Jim Gatteys November 18, 2013 at 1:21pm I want the crunch of store-bought ginger snaps but the flavor of homemade. My mom made this recipe and I do also but it just doesn't have the same crunch as store ginger snaps. I'm not sure what to change to try and achieve that texture. Any ideas? Reply
