I want to try this cake!!! I try to be away from flour as much as I can, and this cake sound delicious!!! I have a question. Can I use splenda instead of the sugar? Thanks for sharing... Sylvia, I wouldn't substitute Splenda and expect the same result. It may work; it may not. I know it wouldn't work with a regular flour cake, but maybe with the nuts... just not sure. If you try it, let us know how it goes, OK? Good luck - PJH
