Wow - that looks delicious! I join you in my lack of knowledge in Passover baking. Have a question regarding egg separating. I see that you let the eggs get to room temperature first then separate. I thought it's easier to separate eggs when they're cold. Is it okay to separate them first, then allow them to sit to room temperature (separated)? Thanks in advance! Either way is fine, LF - PJH
