That all said, I can't wait to try this new recipe. I am always looking for new cakes to try for Passover. This sounds great. Thanks so much. I would never have thought of looking for Passover recipes in a flour company's website. @MrsB, in my very Orthodox Jewish congregation, we have no issues with tall fluffy cakes. Try making Passover brownies. Those are always great.
