My bread is coming out more dense. Not very many holes. I would rather have it with the holes. Why is this happening?? Could be a tiny bit too much flour. Could be a not-hot-enough oven. Could be you didn't leave it in the fridge long enough for big holes - it takes probably 3 days or so, minimum, for significant holes. Give it another try - several more tries. Practice really does make perfect, in this case p and the practice loaves are tasty, right? :) PJH
