PJ - I bought two of the larger pizza stones from KAF (of course!). I had not thought of using parchment, but that makes sense since it would make clean up a snap. I will give it a try! I am going to be baking all weekend, and cannot wait to bake these wonderful loaves of bread to give to friends along with cookies, cinnamon buns, and other goodies! Thanks again for taking the time to respond to my questions! Laura OK, then you don't want to wash them with soap - if they get crusty, just wash in hot water with a scrubbie or steel wool.
