I love how simple this recipe is. Have made it several times since you posted it. Do you think it could work with whole wheat flour? Thanks. Wouldn't be the same, Rena. I fear it would be dense and flat. I'm in the process of testing recipes from the new "5 Minutes a Day" book, featuring whole grains. Stay tuned... PJH
