R Hart December 11, 2009 at 1:31pm What if I add a small amount of my sourdough starter? Absolutely - go for it. Assume your starter is half water/half flour by weight, and substitute accordingly (i.e., 1 cup starter = 4 ounces flour and 4 ounces water). PJH Reply
