I just pulled my first loaf out of the oven, and it is delicious. I was too lazy to slash the bread, and neglected to add the steam, and it still was a fantastic loaf of bread. So so simple. Thank you, PJ! I can't wait to make another with the dough that's waiting in my fridge... HA!!! Pie crust, artisan bread - what worlds will you conquer next?! PJH
