Made this two days ago. Baked half as two round loaves in a cast iron Dutch oven. Great! Waited til today to make the remaining half into pizza. Used a cast iron pizza pan and a cast iron skillet (your blog about cast iron a pizza's best friend has been my pizza inspiration for awhile now). Fabulous as pizza dough. So easy, can make every week in just a few minutes. My favorite pizza dough that I've tried. Cannot thank you enough for all that you do. And must agree with all who speak so highly of your flour. Adore your white whole wheat.
