I purchased KAF - Bread Flour today before getting online for a recipe. Is there a modified version of this recipe for bread flour? This will be my first time baking bread and this looks like the perfect recipe for me. HELP! Erika, I think if you use bread flour and add an additional 1/3 cup water to the recipe, you should be just fine. Good luck - PJH
