I'm a novice sourdough baker and would like to bake this delicious bread. I returned home from a trip to Alaska with a starter and have been enjoying bread ever since. I just scoop a cup or 2 and create an addictive masterpiece. My question is the amount of sourdough starter used. Is it equivalent to 2 cups or more. Love the Blog (especially the photos) as well as your products.
