I baked this recipe today - you guys are generating recipes faster than I can try them! I used the 'two-balls-in-one-pan' method. Wonderful!! Great flavor, excellent texture. This IS a keeper! Thanks, Tom. Oh, and I'll let you know when those oatmeal cookies are ready... PJH
