Superb! In my second batch I subbed 1 cup of 12-grain flour for 1 cup of white, and the results were still superb. Everyone who has received one of these marvelous loaves has loved everything about it. Some have separated the halves and frozen one part (that is, if they haven't scarfed down most of it already) -- an excellent idea for our single friends or those who (sadly) don't eat a lot of bread. Thanks for sharing, Bill - your bread, and your experiences. That's what it's all about... PJH
