I made the starter last night abd just took my loaves out of the oven. Didn't bave flax seeds to grind or the ascorbic so I simply ignored those ingredients. Ended up with gorgeous looking bread (2 loaves divided into 2 "balls" each) and can't wait to share with my neighbors. There's nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread! Thanks for yet another keeper recipe. K2Q Sharing warm bread - it doesn't get any better, does it? :) PJH
