Can I make the dough in my Zojirushi? What adjustments should be made to the recipe for a bread maker? Patti, I think this is too much dough for your Zo - you'd best cut the recipe in half. Make the starter in a bowl ahead of time; then combine it with the remaining dough ingredients, and go from there, using the dough cycle. Should work fine - PJH
