This is a must try for me! I love the look of the little loaves, they are the perfect size for us to go with a meal since we never finish a loaf. And definately great for sharing, what a cute idea! We use alot of ground flax seed, mostly as an egg substitute since my son has an egg allergy. FYI to those who don't normally purchase flax seed - it is widely available at most grocery stores now! You can purchase it already ground or in seed form and grind it yourself. I love bread recipes that do not require exact timing. Can I use regular instant yeast?
