This sounds absolutely delicious and I love the idea of dividing the dough to make two loaves in each pan. I'm surprised no one thought of it a lot sooner. I have some wonderful neighbors who helped me in a time of need. I love baking and sharing with them. They, of course, enjoy eating their "rewards" as much as I enjoy sharing with them.
