Can I substitute cracked wheat for all or part of the rolled oats in this bread recipe? Hi Mary, We haven't tried the recipe with cracked wheat, so start with a small substitution, and if you like the results, you can increase the wheat next time you make the bread until you reach a ratio you are happy with.
