LOL--I have to find that organization! I've taught English for more years than I care to think about--and I still call myself an English MAJOR. Go figure! Can you adjust the slice size on the peeler? And I can't believe you have the NYC meet up on the day I actually have to drive up to the VT for the artisan bread class! It never rains but it pours.... I think that organization lives only in Garrison's mind, Jeri, and on the T-shirt he sells through the Wireless catalog... And no, slice size on the peeler can't be adjusted. Though you can adjust it to peel only, no coring/slicing. Have fun at your artisan bread class! PJH
