THis is almost the EXACT same recipe from my Aunt Aischa, a WWII bride from Germany. She made this many many time and it makes me think of her!! She put the plums fruit side up and sprinkled sugar and cinnamon all over. YUM I am going to make this again in her memory!! Thanks! Glad we could bring back some warm memories, Charlene - PJH
