I have a potluck tea party in a few weeks and I decided I would bring the crumpets. Today I tried this recipe to make sure I would be successful, or whether I would be buying them from the store. I followed the directions and they came out great. Your instructions were easy to follow and the photos were also helpful. I will be serving these tasty crumpets with homemade meyer lemon curd.
