I made these this morning and they came out great! I need to work on getting the proper amount, I do not have a muffin scoop, but success!
I plan to make breakfast sandwiches with leftover Christmas ham, egg, and cheese. I tool pictures but there does not seem to be a way to post them. I used a griddle and they are a lovely golden brown.
