Does your cost estimate for homemade include a nominal cost for the energy to cook the crumpets? Do you include this figure on any of your baking cost estimates? Thanks, ~Rich~ No energy costs, Rich - heating your oven, or driving to the store for ingredients. No labor costs, either, simply ingredients. We considered it, and it was just too complicated to try to factor in the varying prices of oil/gas all over the country/world...
