oooooh, I can't wait to make these! I actually bookmarked a crumpet recipe on this site a couple of weeks ago and just hadn't gotten around to trying it yet!! I've wanted to make crumpets for years but just kept forgetting about it.... now I have pictures of the process---- thanks!!! I'd make them tomorrow, but our a/c is out since yesterday and I'm staying out of the kitchen as much as possible!! Boooo Florida! Where's Fall?? Where's fall?
