I hope this doesn't mean you've given up on presenting recipes in both weight (ounces) and volume (cups), and gone back to volume alone. You should see what the humidity does to baking in southern Maryland. Not at all, Fred - you can easily toggle between weight/volume in the recipe (though not in the blog, as it doesn't have that technological capacity). And as for southern Maryland - with our Noah/Ark-like flood of rains this summer, I think northern New England rivals you right now! :) PJH
