Hi! I made these today. The batter had the bubbles on top like your picture,but when I made them they barely bubbled on the griddle. I used an egg circle ring and a round cookie cutter as a mold. They came out looking like English muffins and no bubbles on top. HELP! What did I do wrong?! I look forward to your reply.
