I've made your whole wheat brownies a couple of times. These are seriously the best brownies I've ever had! Once I tried substituting canola oil for the butter and they were not nearly as good; too oily. But if you use butter, let them sit overnight and follow the recipe as written, they are marvelous. This is my go-to brownie recipe now. I'm always on the look out for using whole grains. Thanks for a great 100% whole grain recipe!
