PJH - I was not disappointed! The cake is TWICE as good as it looked and smelled while baking! A piece of cake, a scoop of ice cream, and a cup of coffee? My husband, who only likes apples when it comes to fruit, is in heaven! Thank you again for a great recipe! This is going in the "keeper" box! Hey, thanks for getting back to us here.
