Apple season, the best time of the year! One of my happiest memories is of sitting on a stack of burlap sacks (three years old at the time), munching a Winesap, breathing in the heavenly smell of fresh apples, and watching my mom buy bushels of all varieties to make into applesauce, pies, and jelly. This recipe looks absolutely delicious, PJ! Cannot WAIT to give it a try tonight!
