I would like to make these for a school fundraiser. Perhaps, I could get some suggestions to make smaller versions of these to sell. Sometimes, people are not willing to buy a big size caramel apple. Sandra, I'd say use the smallest apples you can find - often at farmstands you'll find smaller local apples... PJH Sandra, I agree with PJ.
