These look wonderful. I'm wondering about storage -how long will they keep and can they stay at room temp or do they need to be refrigerated? I know everyone is thinking they won't last long enough to keep! But if I wanted to make them as gifts... Karen - As long as you store these in a cool dry place they should taste fresh for at least a week. The fresher the apple the better. Any direct contact with moisture will make these sticky so wrap them carefully as gifts. Elisabeth @ KAF
