These look amazing! I love all the different toppings. I never had a caramel apple at the Big E either... "settled" for fried dough, fried Oreos, and fried cheesecake instead. :) I've decided that September is going to be apple month, and I've got tons of apple recipes planned. If I get brave, I'm going to make these. I don't usually have much luck with caramel, but starting with a block of it is probably much easier than making it from scratch.
