I made this for a dinner with guests this weekend. It was a real hit with everyone. I baked up all 4 of them in this batch, two were consumed that night (slices dipped in flavored olive oil and Balsamic vinegar), one went home with a guest, the last was made into excellent sandwiches the next day. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how much they puffed up in the oven and how crackly the crust was. I'm adding this to my short list of favorite breads!
