Hi, I really liked this idea but it didn't work for me. My dough was wet and didn't have much structure--it was like trying to fold jello. I eventually slopped it onto a pan and baked it. The tase was good but it was nowhere near a baguette. I'll try again sometime (I tossed that batch out), probably with more flour. And perhaps a baguette pan. Have a great day!
