I've got these in the oven right now - they are baking up well so far, and I can't wait to pull them and test them. I bake four loaves of bread a week and really enjoy the kneading process. Still I like this idea for bread baking in the often humid summer. I can make dough and keep it in the fridge while I wait for a cool day for baking. Hope they turn out fine for you, Jane - enjoy!
